Brinda has been an exceptional yoga teacher for my son, Rannveer and his best friend Aiden. She has a unique ability to make yoga both engaging and enjoyable, what we beautifully call “Foga” (Fun + Yoga). Introducing young children to yoga, especially from the age of three, is no easy task, yet she has done so with remarkable finesse and creativity.
Through her guidance, the children have developed not only physical balance and flexibility, but also focus and discipline: skills that have become invaluable life lessons. I have personally seen how these practices have helped Rannveer navigate challenging times, including the uncertainties during COVID and other global disruptions, with greater resilience and calm.
Even today, I notice him naturally turning to techniques he learned from Brinda, such as humming, practicing poses like the frog and cobra, and chanting “Om”, to center himself and find calm. This speaks volumes about the lasting impact of her teaching.
Brinda has a true gift for working with children. Her use of storytelling, creativity, and thoughtful touches like surprise rewards makes her classes both memorable and deeply effective.
I am sincerely grateful to her for the positive difference she has made in my child’s life and for helping him build a lifelong connection with yoga.
