Terms of sale

These terms cover anything you buy from the shop on happyfeetyogi.com. Please read them before you order, because placing an order means you agree to them.

Who you’re buying from

Happy Feet Yogi is my business. I’m Brinda Hora, and I run it from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

What I sell

The shop sells my children’s books. Each product page describes the book and shows its price. Books marked “Sold out” or “Coming soon” can’t be ordered.

Prices and payment

Prices are in UAE dirhams, shown as AED. The price at checkout is the full amount you pay, with nothing added for delivery.

You pay on a secure checkout page run by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach me or this website.

Checkout takes up to 20 copies of each book. For more than that, message me on WhatsApp.

Your order

Your order is confirmed once your payment goes through and you see the thank-you page. Stripe emails you a receipt, and I’ll get in touch on the phone number you gave to arrange delivery.

If I can’t send your order, for example because a book has sold out, I’ll tell you and refund you in full.

If I’ve made an obvious mistake in a price or a description, I’ll get in touch before I send your order, and you can cancel it for a full refund.

Delivery

I deliver within the UAE only. My delivery page covers where I deliver, how long it takes and what it costs.

My privacy policy explains what I collect at checkout and what I do with it.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you order is the one that applies to your order.
