Privacy

This policy covers happyfeetyogi.com. Happy Feet Yogi is my business, and I look after the details you share with it myself. I only collect what I need to reply to you and to send your order. I never sell your details or use them for advertising.

When you order from the shop

You pay on a checkout page run by Stripe, the payment company. It asks for your email address, your name and delivery address, your phone number and your payment details.

Your card details go straight to Stripe. They never reach me or this website.

Once your payment goes through, I get an email with your order. It has what you bought, the total, your name, delivery address, phone number and email address, and Stripe’s reference for the payment. I use these to deliver your order, to answer questions about it and to handle any refund.

This website doesn’t keep a database of orders. Your order is in my email inbox and in my Stripe account.

When you send an enquiry

The enquiry form asks for your name and email address. You can also add a phone or WhatsApp number, who the class is for, the setting you’d like and a message. It all comes to me as an email, and I use it to reply and to suggest the right class. If you tell me about your child, their age for example, I use it for that and nothing else.

When you message me on WhatsApp

Our chat sits in WhatsApp like any other conversation, and WhatsApp’s own privacy policy covers it.

Your cart

Your cart is saved in your own browser, so it’s still there when you come back. Nothing in it leaves your device until you press Checkout, and then only the books and quantities are sent.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn’t set cookies and doesn’t use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Stripe’s checkout page uses its own cookies to keep payments safe, and Stripe’s privacy policy explains them.

Who else handles your details

• Stripe takes your payment and keeps the payment record. You can read Stripe’s privacy policy.
• Cloudflare hosts this website, runs the checkout and the enquiry form, and delivers the emails to me. Like any web host, it sees technical details such as your IP address when you visit.
• Google hosts my email inbox, where order and enquiry emails arrive.
• WhatsApp carries our chats if you message me there.

The links to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok take you to those sites, and their own privacy policies apply there.

I don’t share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long I keep your details

I keep order and enquiry emails only as long as I need them for your order, any questions about it and my business records. Stripe decides how long it keeps payment records, and explains it in its privacy policy.

Your choices

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it or ask me to delete it. Email hello@happyfeetyogi.com or message me on WhatsApp at +971 55 512 5632. I’ll delete my emails about you, but I can’t delete the payment record Stripe has to keep.
