This seems to be the new mantra that we as students are using now-a-days to push our limits or shall I say that of our future clients. We are taught different things daily and sometimes I really wonder if my brain will sustain all of this. Every evening, we finish the day strong and hope to get some rest but after dinner we are back with the love of our current life.. the books and LAPs (exercise books and submissions). And after staying up till late, we drop dead for some rest before it’s another day in paradise.
What’s our target? To be the best as a student or to be the fittest or I would add one more question here, to be both? After 15 years of no study life and no learning tasks, I am here in the centre of London (my centre) educating myself about muscles, bones, heart, circulatory system, digestion system, respiratory system and more. And now that my brain is open and words are registered, am thinking if I should continue my studies and then study a bit more.
Education is key for anyone who wants to grow and who is that anyone? Basically everyone. I am sure we all have some aspirations in life, what we want to do, where we would like to see ourselves and then comes reality, that tells us what we cannot do. One step at a time, one thing at a time, one day at a time… eventually we will all get there, if and once we start somewhere. Whatever your goal – to loose weight, to eat healthier, to be the best you can ever be… believe that it is possible and educate yourself on how to make it possible and you know what the beauty of this would be? You will hit your max and hit some more!
