For years I had a great passion for running marathons, so much that it came to a halt when my body indicated with the biggest ever injury of my life. The injury wasn’t during a run (it was while playing football with the boys!), but led me to restrict myself from running long distance again.
Prior to that, in 2016, I gained certification with Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in Tyrol, Austria and have been teaching and practicing yoga since then. What started as a passion soon transformed into a healthy lifestyle with not only the mental, social, emotional and physical connect but also improved my relation with food, as I became a vegetarian. I have also gained certifications in Ayurveda Nutrition and aspire to be more knowledgable in the field of Ayurveda.
I discovered the purpose of life and would like to find ways to grow and connect with those around. Join me on this journey as I share stories of my experiences, inspirational messages, insights and challenges with positive outcomes hoping to inspire. This is my WHY.
As Jay Shetty said, “Create meaningful, purposeful, and fulfilling life for yourself and use that to make an impact and a difference in the lives of others”.
